The sending of Unsolicited Commercial E-Mail ("Spam") will not be tolerated!! This company will not put up with Spam, period!

If you're caught "spamming", or someone informs us that you were sending them unsolicited e-mail using any of our services, we will temporarily suspend your use of our services, until we've had the opportunity investigate the matter further.

If we verify that you've been "spamming" others, your accounts with us will be canceled, with no refund due. Any future or pending affiliate commission payments will be forfeited as well.

We will also report you to the proper Internet authorities. You may even be found liable and convicted in Federal Court, for loses that we or others may have suffered, due to your infringement of the "anti-spamming" laws.

Please, do not SPAM!

If you think you have received Spam from our domain, please E-mail us at Webmaster, and we will look into it, then get back to you ASAP.

Remember that sending Spam will not make you any money, it will cost you!
